In 1992, Eugene Bentley co-founded Watson Bentley & Associates, one of the largest employee benefit firms in Southern Arizona. After the sale of Watson & Bentley Associates, Gene relocated to East Texas and started Customized Employee Benefit Plans in 2007. Gene’s son, Beau, joined the firm as a Principal in 2011. Holly Davidson came on board as a Principal in 2020, further strengthening the management of the firm.
